1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or using the gpreya platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "our Website," or "gpreya"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, regulations, and policies published on our Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, depositors, and players. 3. Account Registration and Management

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on gpreya. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify gpreya of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. gpreya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be held responsible for all such activity.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, gpreya reserves the right to request verification documents at any time. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method, and any other documentation deemed necessary to verify your identity.

Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of account verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. gpreya commits to processing verification requests within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of complete documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

gpreya accepts deposits through various payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account status. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). gpreya strives to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five to thirty (5-30) minutes during business hours, and bank transfer withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

4.3 Fees and Charges

gpreya does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. 6.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by gpreya

gpreya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon account termination for violation of these terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Remaining legitimate funds may be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges, subject to completion of verification procedures.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, gpreya offers self-exclusion options. You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and we will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new accounts.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of gpreya, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach an amicable resolution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
